From push pop to motorbike, the name Nitro Man has seen many days. Funnily enough though, this stage and theme feel inspired by Solar Man. People often say this is the hardest of the initial eight stages. In some ways I would agree with them. There's a lot of instant death in this stage, some pretty unforgiving enemy placement and stage gimmicks. Some of it takes a bit of learning before you can confidently do it. Trinitro Man himself wouldn't be a bad boss... if he couldn't corner you. You always want to have the upper ground on him, but sometimes that just isn't possible. Fighting him with the buster is difficult because of the explosive push pop on his head (how many times do you say that in a game?) so in my opinion, this guy is the hardest of the eight robot masters. The Nitro Blast is pretty good. It doesn't do anything special except for opening doors and piercing shields. I would have expected it to be pretty much an instant kill on all enemies, due to how much energy it has, and its range.
